Joel also served as an executive vice president at Aspen Technology and manager at Bain & Company. As Director of Technical Consulting, Nick and his team of technologists solve critical business challenges for PAS customers from initial engagement through solutions deployment. During his tenure at PAS, Nick has held a variety of positions including Director of Technology, Managing Director for Asia Pacific Region, and Director of Product Management. Nick brings over 25 year of industrial control system experience focused in the processing industries. Roy Stuart joined PAS in 1999 as the Director of Finance and Human Resources. Roy brings more than 30 years of experience in the areas of Finance, Contracts, Insurance, Human Resources and Administration. Prior to PAS, Roy was the Contracts and Financial Budgets Manager at Triconex, and has served as the financial controller for several companies including Premier Engineering, Inc., Sunland Fabricators, Inc., and Power Packing Co., Inc. Roy holds a B.S. As CMO and GM of the Cybersecurity Business Unit, David leads corporate marketing, product management, and strategic development of the PAS Integrity Software Suite. David has held numerous leadership positions in the oil and gas, information technology, and outsourcing industries; including Vice President of Marketing at FuelQuest, COO at Consero Global Solutions, and Director of Product Management and Marketing at Motive. Larry Evans, head of the advisory board, is a long-standing strategic advisor to PAS. Larry is the founder as well as former chairman and CEO of Aspen Technology, a global process optimization software company focused on oil and gas, chemical, and other process industries. Larry is currently a Professor Emeritus at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a strategic advisory position with Rive Technology, a catalytic and separations process technology company, where he was also the CEO for more than six years. Larry is a member of the National Academy of Engineering and former president of the American Institute of Chemical Engineering.
